Cancellation Policy
I have the right to refuse service or block any clients who do not respect my time, space and policies.
Appointments will be automatically cancelled after 15 min of being late (unless you have contacted me in agreement)
Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance prior to your appointment.
Last minute cancellations and no call-no shows will be asked to pay 30% of the service cost, if payment is not made, client will be blocked from booking any future appointments.
Please be deposit ready to secure your appointment, this will go towards the remainder of your service. Non-refundable if cancellation deadline isn’t met or if you’re a no call-no show.
